Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Manufacturing Engineer with strong New Product Introduction (NPI) experience to join our team, supporting a diverse range of projects for our clients in the Aerospace, Defense, and Industrial sectors. As a dedicated manufacturing partner, this role is critical for taking complex, cutting-edge designs from our customers and rapidly establishing efficient, scalable, and high-quality manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will own a portion or all of the manufacturing value chain for high-complexity client product(s).
The right person for this role can demonstrate past holistic ownership on solving a technical challenge with a creative, physical solution that they either personally manufactured or oversaw manufacturing on, in a fast-paced, resource-limited environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage expertise in New Product Introduction (NPI) to seamlessly transition complex electromechanical products from prototype to high-volume contract manufacturing, optimizing design for manufacturability/assembly and supply chain scalability.
- Design and implement efficient manufacturing processes by owning a portion or all of the manufacturing value chain for high-complexity product(s). This includes Design for Manufacturability (DFM) work, tool design & selection, process creation & optimization, and quality planning.
- Develop process flows, breaking down large, complex client assemblies into a logical part flow of subassemblies and sub-processes.
- Write and manage essential manufacturing documentation required for successfully building client hardware at scale, such as work instructions, quality plans, inspection requirements, etc.
- Lead and coordinate projects to install new manufacturing systems, including machinery and automation, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and manufacturing changes.
- Manage the vendor value-chain, including initial sourcing, solving ongoing production issues, implementing quality procedures, and collaborating with suppliers across various disciplines (PCBA fab, metallic manufacturing, assembly, etc.) to develop repeatable, sustained processes.
- Collaborate with various cross-functional departments: Quality Assurance, Design Engineering, Technicians, and Program Managers to set quality standards, inspection processes, design for manufacturability, troubleshooting, and programmatic milestones.
- Support continuous improvement by actively leading 5S activities and providing feedback on ways to improve the building process.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a relevant field, preferably manufacturing or design of electromechanical hardware.
- Degree in a technical field such as engineering, math, or a hard science.
- Demonstrated ability to creatively deliver electromechanical hardware in a resource-constrained environment.
- Demonstrated experience integrating large or high complexity assemblies/subassemblies.
- Experience in configuration management and change control process (e.g., CCB, E&O, Effectivity dates), and a strong understanding of the product life cycle (NPI to scaled production) and change management (ECOs).
- Extremely reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities.

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer / Machinist to join our team, supporting a diverse range of projects in the Aerospace, Defense, and Industrial sectors. This role involves taking ownership of the machining process from concept to final part, including programming, setup, and precision operation of CNC mills. The ideal candidate will be an expert in CAM software, G-code programming, and interpreting complex engineering drawings with a strong focus on efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, write, debug, and optimize CNC programs for 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC mills.
- Accurately interpret complex technical documentation to determine optimal machining methods and ensure part conformance to tight tolerances.
- Select, set up, and optimize cutting tools, workholding fixtures, and machining parameters (speeds, feeds, depth of cut) to maximize production efficiency and tool longevity.
- Perform machine setup, conduct test runs, and execute first-piece inspection using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges) to verify part conformance to specifications.
- Apply a higher level of knowledge and skills in troubleshooting, adjusting, and repairing machinery, programs, and setups while executing manufacturing operations.
- Provide accurate cost and cycle time estimates for new jobs (quoting), analyzing part geometry, material requirements, and manufacturing sequences.
- Be an active leader in 5S and continuous improvement activities, providing feedback on ways to improve the machining and programming process and developing setup sheets and other detailed operator instructions.
- Support other production functions (e.g., fabrication, assembly, test) on an as-needed basis to ensure overall manufacturing objectives are met.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, adhering strictly to all safety and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a fast-paced, high-precision manufacturing environment as a CNC Programmer/Machinist.
- Expert proficiency in a major CAM software and the ability to manually write and edit G-code.
- Deep understanding of the product life cycle (NPI to scaled production), LEAN manufacturing principles, and change management (ECOs).
- Expert ability to interpret technical documentation (mechanical drawings, GD&T, work instructions, building plans, equipment specs, electrical schematics, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of materials, tooling selection, and their corresponding cutting parameters.
- Extremely reliable, organized, and detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Technician/Fabricator to join our team, supporting a diverse range of projects in the Aerospace, Defense, and Industrial sectors. This role involves hands-on work with various tasks, from simple fastening to complex electronic box builds, including testing and validation. The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined, patient, and have a strong willingness to learn and grow with our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply a higher level of knowledge and skills in hardware assembly, troubleshooting, and repair while executing manufacturing operations.
- Utilize reading and comprehension skills to follow documented build instructions and interpret technical documentation such as mechanical drawings, work instructions, building plans, and electrical schematics.
- Improve work area safety and efficiency through regular auditing and constant scrutiny.
- Handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines.
- Be an active leader in 5S and continuous improvement activities. Provide feedback on ways to improve the building process.
- Support computer-based aspects of the role, including completing daily transactions in computer production systems (MES, ERP) and assisting in daily and weekly reporting on production progress, blockers, risks, and needs.
- Perform Work Verifications (Second Set of Eyes) for peer and subordinate technicians.
- Assist in training new operators and provide ongoing support as required.
